The design of a modern mini-hotel with 8 rooms, built from SIP panels, combines functionality, comfort and economic efficiency.
FIRST FLOOR
The first floor houses four comfortable rooms with areas of 17 m2, 16 m2, 20 m2 and 17 m2. Each room has everything necessary for a pleasant stay.
Special attention is paid to convenience: the floor includes four bathrooms with areas from 3.03 to 3.35 m2, which eliminates queues and creates additional comfort.
A spacious terrace of 35 m2 is perfect for guests’ summer relaxation, outdoor breakfasts or evening gatherings. The 12 m2 kitchen allows for full catering for guests, and the 8 m2 utility room is convenient for housing equipment and storing supplies.
SECOND FLOOR
The second floor offers four more upgraded comfort rooms, including the spacious suite No. 5 with an area of 29 m2 and room No. 6 with an area of 24 m2. Also located are rooms No. 7 (19 m2) and No. 8 (18 m2).
Four bathrooms with areas from 3.06 to 3.36 m2 provide maximum convenience for guests.
The highlight of the second floor is a 31 m2 balcony with picturesque views — an ideal place for relaxation and enjoying the surrounding nature.
