Factory production of modular houses

Our factory offers a modern solution in the field of housing construction — modular house kits fully ready from the factory. Key advantages and technical specifications:

Production and installation times

  • The full production cycle at the factory (including turnkey finishing) takes 50 working days.
  • Installation of a prepared foundation and connection to engineering networks at the customer’s site takes 7 working days.

Structure and energy efficiency

  • The load-bearing frame is made of durable galvanized steel, which guarantees the longevity and reliability of the structure.
  • Walls made of aerated concrete with effective insulation up to 250 mm thick provide high energy-saving performance, significantly reducing operating heating costs.

Ready for operation

All engineering systems (electrical wiring, heating, water supply, ventilation) and finishings are installed at the factory. The facility is fully ready for occupancy immediately after installation work at the site is completed.

Flexibility of architectural solutions

  • The technology allows the object to be easily scaled and its area increased by adding additional modules at any time.
  • The customer can choose options for interior finishing and exterior façade design according to individual preferences.

Technical and economic indicators

The technical and economic indicators of the modular house fully correspond to the characteristics of permanent structures built by traditional methods. The module is intended for both temporary and permanent residence in conditions of:
  • design outdoor air temperature: +40 °C … −35 °C
  • snow load: 240 kgf/m²
  • wind load: 48 kgf/m²

Structure and materials

Our modular houses can be made:
  • in a classic style with a pitched roof;
  • in a hi-tech style with a flat roof.

Load-bearing frame

The welded block-module of frame construction is made of galvanized metal steel of various sections:
  • channel 50×200
  • profile pipe 100×100
  • LSTC-profile and others.

Floor structure

  • Insulation: 200–250 mm (mineral wool board, XPS, EPS)
  • Floor: 18 mm moisture-resistant plywood

Roof structure

  • Insulation: 200–250 mm

Roofing:

  • PVC membrane
  • or torch-applied waterproofing

Walls

  • Insulation: 150–200 mm
  • Interior finish: moisture-resistant Egger laminated chipboard (LDS P)

Foundation

What type of base is required for a modular house?
To install the house, leveled foundation blocks or a pile foundation are sufficient.
Who takes care of the foundation?
The foundation is usually arranged by the customer. We recommend using leveled blocks or a pile foundation. You can also order the installation of a pile foundation from our trusted contractors.

Delivery and installation

We deliver throughout Russia and to CIS countries.
Who connects the modules?

The modules are delivered ready, and they only need to be connected. All necessary components are included in the price. Installation is simple and takes about 1 day.

Delivery and installation in winter

Our modular houses can be delivered and installed at any time of year, regardless of the temperature.

Installation in a protected natural area

Our houses are not considered permanent structures, which allows them to be installed in protected natural areas subject to simple conditions.

How can I find out if installation is possible on my site?

The modules are transported on low-bed trailers. A crane or manipulator is used for loading and unloading.
There are no special requirements for the site: it is sufficient to allow access for a six-meter manipulator with the house module.
If in doubt — we can assess the possibility of installation from a video.

Who connects the modules?
The modules are delivered ready, and they only need to be connected. All necessary components are included in the price. After signing the contract, a manager is assigned to you who will help find workers to install the house.

House expansion and relocation

Future house expansion
Yes, the modular technology allows you to easily increase the area of the house. A new module with finished interior is delivered to the site and mounted to the existing house without complex construction work.
Possibility of moving the house
Yes, our houses are easily disassembled, transported and reassembled at a new location. The whole process usually takes 2–3 days.

Energy efficiency

How is heating organized in modular houses?
The standard package includes heating via electric convectors with automatic temperature control. Thanks to the low thermal conductivity of the insulation, heating costs are minimal.
Is the house suitable for year-round living?

Modular houses are ideal for permanent residence throughout the year.
They are adapted for all climatic zones — from the Far North to southern regions.
