The standard project of a two-storey house made of SIP panels TP-2-166 includes a spacious kitchen-living room of 32 m2 with access to a 25 m2 terrace. There are five bedrooms of 14 m2 each and two bathrooms of 6 m2 and 5 m2 for these five bedrooms. A utility room for placing engineering equipment of 6.9 m2 is also provided, where a gas boiler room can be arranged in accordance with the requirements of Russian Federation legislation. The area of the entrance hall is 3 m2. The area of the porch with a canopy is 3 m2. The well-thought-out layout with five bedrooms allows for very comfortable living in the house and meets all modern requirements.
