The standard project of a two-story house made of SIP panels TP-2-205 includes a spacious kitchen-living room with an area of 39 m2. The kitchen has its own exit to a covered terrace of 17 m2. The second advantage is the presence of a master bedroom of 17 m2 with its own separate bathroom of 4.5 m2 and its own separate balcony of 8.6 m2. In addition to the master bedroom, the house also has three bedrooms of 19 m2, 19 m2, 17 m2 and one study of 9 m2, two bathrooms of 9 m2 and 7 m2 for these three bedrooms and the study. On the second floor there is a balcony with a canopy of 17 m2, which is accessed from two bedrooms. A technical room of 7 m2 is also provided for housing engineering equipment, where a gas boiler room can be arranged in accordance with the requirements of Russian Federation legislation. The area of the entrance hall is 4 m2. The area of the porch with a canopy is 8.6 m2.
