Barn №2

The standard Barn No. 2 project is a compact single-story house with a total area of 40 m² (excluding the terrace). The layout includes a 9 m² kitchen and two bedrooms measuring 13 m² and 9 m², which is ideal for a small family or a couple. The 5 m² bathroom is equipped with all the necessary fixtures. A 4 m² hall provides convenient movement throughout the house and helps distribute the interior flow efficiently.
Project feature: The house comes with a spacious 16.52 m² terrace included as part of the standard package. The terrace adds aesthetic completeness to the home and creates additional space for outdoor relaxation.
Expansion potential: If needed, the terrace can be easily converted into an additional living room. This requires insulating the terrace and relocating the panoramic glazing. Such a solution allows you to increase the total living area of the house by 16.52 m², creating a полноценная additional room or expanding existing spaces. External insulation of the terrace provides a reliable barrier against cold, wind, and moisture, ensuring comfortable year-round use.
Design feature: Thanks to the use of sandwich panels, the roof is assembled quickly and easily. The lower metal facing of our roofing sandwich panels serves as a ready-made ceiling finish, while the click-seam facing used in the wall sandwich panels provides a finished facade surface, reducing labor costs.
