Individual design of a guest house made from SIP panels PG-1-66 and a floor plan for placing 12 guest houses on a land plot.
The guest house layout includes a spacious kitchen-living room of 21 m2 with access to a terrace of 21 m2. The house has two rooms of 12 m2 each, a bathroom 4.7 m2, a hall 2.5 m2, an entryway 2.6 m2, a utility room 2 m2 and a porch 6 m2. The entrance to the utility room is designed from the outside so that maintenance or repair of engineering equipment can be carried out without disturbing guests, which is very important for their accommodation and rest in the house.
The placement plan for 12 guest houses on a land plot of 0.72 ha (72 ares) includes built-up area of 0.11 ha (11 ares), landscaping 0.33 ha (33 ares), and roads/sidewalks/areas/parking 0.28 ha (28 ares).
When preparing the site development plan, features such as fire safety requirements for the materials used were taken into account — SIP with cement-bonded particleboard (CBPB) and quartz-based mineral wool Isover (completely non-combustible materials), from which the load-bearing frames of the guest houses were constructed — spacing between houses, accessibility for people with reduced mobility (PRM), and, finally, comfort and privacy for residents as the main components of a successful commercial project aimed at 100% occupancy of the houses and rapid payback.
