The design of a modern mini-hotel with 8 rooms, made from SIP panels, combines functionality, comfort, and cost-effectiveness through the efficient use of every square meter. A distinctive feature is that each room has two entrances. On one side there is a shared terrace of 15.5 m2 on the first floor, and in the case of the second and third floors — shared balconies of 15.5 m2.

FIRST FLOOR
On the first floor there are two rooms of 20 m2 and 18 m2 with private bathrooms and shower cabins of 3 m2 each, and separate terraces of 7 m2 each, which provides additional comfort. The rooms have everything necessary for a pleasant stay for guests. Special attention was paid to convenience: the floor includes a kitchen of 12 m2, which allows organizing full meals for guests, a utility room of 14 m2 with a separate bathroom, and a shared terrace of 15.5 m2.
SECOND FLOOR
The second floor offers three rooms of 20 m2, 20 m2, and 24 m2. Each has a private bathroom of 3 m2. To ensure maximum convenience for guests on the second floor, each room has a private balcony of 7 m2 with picturesque views — an ideal place for relaxation and enjoying the surrounding nature — as well as a shared balcony of 15.5 m2.
THIRD FLOOR
On the third floor there are three more spacious rooms of 20 m2, 20 m2, and 24 m2. Each has a private bathroom of 3 m2.
