The design of a modern mini-hotel with 12 rooms, built from SIP panels, combines functionality, comfort, and cost-effectiveness through the efficient use of every square meter.
FIRST FLOOR
The first floor houses six standard double rooms of 12 m2 each, each with a private bathroom and shower of 3.3 m2, providing extra comfort. Each room has everything necessary for a pleasant stay. Special attention was paid to convenience: the floor includes a kitchen of 17 m2, which allows for full meal service for guests, a laundry room of 3 m2, and a technical room of 2.5 m2, convenient for storing supplies.
A spacious terrace of 43 m2 is perfect for guests’ evening gatherings.
SECOND FLOOR
The second floor offers another six standard double rooms of 12 m2 each, each with a private bathroom and shower of 3.3 m2. To ensure maximum guest comfort, the second floor has a balcony of 40 m2 with picturesque views — an ideal place for relaxation and enjoying the surrounding nature — and a spacious kitchen of 23 m2, where meals can be prepared or the refrigerator used.
