The standard one-story house project TP-1-137 includes three bedrooms of 18, 17, and 15 m², and a spacious kitchen-living room with an area of 34 m². The kitchen has its own exit to a covered terrace of 45 m². The house also has a utility room for locating engineering equipment of 9 m², where a gas boiler room can be arranged in accordance with the requirements of Russian Federation legislation. This utility room also has its own exit to the covered terrace and is combined with a 3 m² storage room; the entrance to the storage room is through the kitchen, which allows convenient and comfortable storage of food and kitchenware in a separate room. The house also has a spacious bathroom of 8 m². The entrance hall area is 8 m², which allows up to six occupants to enter the house comfortably at the same time. The small corridor area for such a house is only 10 m², but it still provides comfortable movement throughout the house.
