The standard Barn Project No. 1 is a compact one-story house with an area of 40 m² (excluding the terrace). The layout includes a spacious kitchen-living room of 18 m², combining cooking and relaxation functions to create a unified comfortable space for the whole family.
The house features one bedroom of 13 m², which is optimal for a small family or a couple. The bathroom of 5 m² is equipped with all necessary fixtures. The hall of 4 m² provides convenient movement around the house and traffic distribution.
Project feature: The house comes with a spacious terrace of 16.52 m², which is included with the house. The terrace gives the house an aesthetic completeness and creates additional outdoor space for relaxation.
Expansion potential: If necessary, the terrace can be easily transformed into an additional living room. To do this, it is sufficient to insulate the terrace and relocate the glazed curtain walling. This solution will increase the total living area of the house by 16.52 m², providing a full additional room or enlarging existing spaces. Insulating the terrace from the outside creates a reliable barrier against cold, wind and moisture, ensuring comfortable year-round use of the space.
Construction feature: Thanks to the use of sandwich panels, the roof is assembled very simply and quickly. The lower metal cladding of our roofing sandwich panels serves as a finished ceiling covering, and the use of click-seam cladding in the wall sandwich panels provides the final facade finish, reducing labor costs.
