Barn №3

The standard Barn No. 3 project is a compact single-storey house with a total area of 60 m² (excluding the terrace). The layout includes a spacious kitchen-living room of 22 m², combining cooking and relaxation functions to create a single comfortable space for the whole family.
The house provides two bedrooms of 10 m² each, which is optimal for a small family or a couple. The bathroom of 5 m² is equipped with all necessary fixtures. A hall of 4 m² ensures convenient movement around the house and flow distribution.
Project feature: The house comes with a spacious terrace of 16.52 m², which is included with the house. The terrace gives the house an aesthetic completeness and creates additional outdoor relaxation space.
Expansion potential: If necessary, the terrace can be easily converted into an additional living room. It is sufficient to insulate the terrace and relocate the panoramic glazing. This solution will increase the total living area of the house by 16.52 m², resulting in a full extra room or enlarged existing rooms. Insulating the terrace from the outside creates a reliable barrier against cold, wind and moisture, ensuring comfortable use of the space year-round.
Construction feature: Thanks to the use of sandwich panels, the roof is assembled very simply and quickly. The lower metal cladding of our roofing sandwich panels serves as a finished ceiling, and the use of click-seam cladding in the wall sandwich panels provides the finished facade finish, reducing labor costs.
