The standard design of a two-story house made of SIP panels TP-2-108 includes a spacious kitchen-living room of 24 m2, which creates a large volume, incredible spaciousness and increased comfort. The kitchen has access to a 22 m2 terrace. The house has four bedrooms of 12 m2, 12 m2, 10 m2 and 9 m2, as well as two bathrooms of 4.0 m2 and 5.0 m2. The hallway area is 2.5 m2, but despite this size it can accommodate a wardrobe. All bedrooms have niches for built-in wardrobes to be installed later, which will significantly reduce future furniture costs. The well-thought-out layout allows comfortable living in the house and placement of four bedrooms despite its small area.
