The standard design of a two-story SIP-panel house TP-2-329 includes a master bedroom of 21 m2 and six additional bedrooms (14 m2, 13 m2, 12 m2, 12 m2, 11 m2, and 8 m2), for a total of seven full bedrooms.
On the first floor there is a spacious kitchen-living room of 42 m2, which creates a large volume, incredible openness, and increased comfort. The living room has its own exit to a covered terrace of 38 m2.
The project provides for three bathrooms (4 m2, 7 m2, and 6 m2) and six walk-in closets (2 m2, 5 m2, 9 m2, 8 m2, 8 m2, and 5 m2), which significantly reduces future furniture costs and allows for efficient organization of storage.
At the entrance to the house there is a 4 m2 entryway, which allows several residents to enter comfortably at the same time, a spacious hall of 19 m2, and a technical room of 6 m2 for housing engineering equipment. This project also includes a 3 m2 sauna.
