The standard design of a two-story house made of SIP panels TP-2-182 includes a spacious kitchen-living room of 40 m2, which creates a large volume, incredible openness and increased comfort. The house also has a master bedroom of 12 m2 with its own separate walk-in closet of 6 m2 and a bathroom of 6 m2. In addition to the master bedroom, the house also has three bedrooms: two bedrooms of 15 m2 each with their own separate walk-in closets of 6 m2, and a third bedroom of 12 m2. For these three bedrooms, two bathrooms of 4 m2 and 2 m2 are provided. The house also has a utility room for housing engineering equipment of 5.6 m2, where a gas boiler room can be arranged in accordance with the requirements of Russian Federation legislation. The entrance hall area is 8 m2, which allows at least six residents to enter the house comfortably at the same time, and a large wardrobe can also be placed there. Two spacious halls — 12 m2 on the first floor and 9 m2 on the second — provide comfortable movement throughout the house.
