The standard project of a two-story house made of SIP panels TP-2-212 includes a spacious kitchen-living room of 43 m2 with access to a terrace of 43 m2. The living room features a “double-height” ceiling with a height of 6.5 m. Another feature of the project is the master bedroom of 18 m2 with its own separate walk-in closet of 9 m2, a bathroom of 3.0 m2 and its own separate balcony of 9 m2. In addition to the master bedroom, the house also has three bedrooms of 16 m2, 16 m2, and 12 m2, and two bathrooms of 6.5 m2 and 3.6 m2 for these three bedrooms. A technical room for housing engineering equipment of 6.5 m2 is also provided, where a gas boiler room can be arranged in accordance with the requirements of Russian Federation legislation. The entrance hall area is 6 m2. At the entrance there is a separate cloakroom of 4 m2. The area of the porch with a canopy is 7 m2. The well-thought-out layout with a master bedroom, the double-height living room, and a cloakroom in the entrance hall allows for very comfortable living in the house and meets all modern requirements.
