Standard project of a two-story house made of SIP panels TP-2-228 includes a spacious kitchen-dining-living room of 56 m2 with access to a terrace of 55 m2. The living room features a “second light” with a ceiling height of 6.5 m. Another feature of the project is the master bedroom of 15 m2 with its own separate walk-in closet of 5 m2, a bathroom of 6.0 m2, and its own separate balcony of 15 m2. In addition to the master bedroom, the house also has three bedrooms of 15 m2, 12 m2, 12 m2, and two bathrooms of 6 m2 and 4 m2 for these three bedrooms. One of these three bedrooms has its own balcony of 5.7 m2. A technical room for locating engineering equipment of 6 m2 is also provided, where a gas boiler room can be arranged in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation. The area of the entrance hall is 4 m2, and the entrance hall also has its own separate wardrobe of 3.5 m2. The area of the porch with a canopy is 5.7 m2.
