The standard project of a two-story house made of SIP panels TP-2-132 includes one bedroom of 11 m2 and four bedrooms of 10 m2 each, as well as two more bathrooms of 2 m2 and 3 m2, a spacious kitchen-living room of 28 m2, which creates a large volume, incredible spaciousness and increased comfort. The living room has its own exit to a covered terrace of 15.5 m2. The hallway area is 4 m2, which allows four residents to enter the house comfortably at the same time. At the entrance to the house there is a utility room of 6 m2 for housing engineering equipment. A sauna of 6 m2 is also provided for this project. Each bedroom has a partition for installing a built-in wardrobe later, which significantly reduces future furniture costs. The thoughtful layout allows comfortable living in the house and accommodates five bedrooms.
